What is the delivery time?

We provide shipping all over Canada via Canada Post. For deliveries within the GTA, it will take 4-5 business days. For deliveries within Canada, it will take 7-10 business days. Delivery times are determined after reviewing individual client requirements and season of delivery for bridal wear.
What if the product doesn’t look like the picture?

Noors Collection ensures that the product images and descriptions provided on this website, Instagram, and Facebook are as accurate and life-like as possible. For further inquiries, about any of the products, and for personal video-showing of the product, text or whatsapp (647) 985-3507.
How do I track my order?

Upon placing the order, customers will be provided with a Tracking Number of their order that they will receive through email, or text message. You can log on to Canada Post, to track the package.
Does the price of the order include shipping?

Free shipping is offered within the GTA, for orders over $100. For orders outside of GTA, we will indicate shipping charges separately on the checkout page. The final payment amount charged will include taxes, and shipping charges depending on the location of the delivery.
